A: From the app or website enter your address in the space provided and click the search button. From there, choose your favorite restaurant, select the items you wish to have delivered and submit your payment information. Lastly, RELAX and we will take care of the rest.

A: Kentucky Takeout has a wider delivery range than most delivery services. We deliver up to 5 miles (in Cynthiana) and 10 miles (in Georgetown) from each of our listed restaurants. To see what options are available to you simply type your address in the search bar.

A: Our system is strategically designed to estimate delivery times based on different factors such as driver availability and restaurant ticket times. During lunch, dinner, or weekends you may notice extended wait times. If ordering at one of these peak times it is recommended to order 45-60 minutes in advance.

A: Absolutely. When placing your order you have the option to choose A.S.A.P delivery which will be delivered as soon as the order is ready, or you can select Advanced Delivery to pick a specific time for delivery. You can create an Advanced Delivery order up to several days before desired delivery time.

A: Your food total must be a minimum of $10 to be eligible for delivery.

A: Our delivery fee is as low as $3.99 up to 7 miles and increases the further away you are.

A: Fees vary for each restaurant on the Kentucky Takeout platform based on their partnership level. The fees help us pay and insure our drivers, operate our Kentucky Takeout platform, and provide the best, local service possible.

There are no hidden fees. You can see the fees from the checkout screen, so you will know what the total is for your order before paying. The total cost of your order includes the price of the menu items and tax, an optional tip to the Driver, and a delivery fee and service fee depending on the restaurant. We are always working to make prices even lower to make Kentucky Takeout even more convenient and accessible, so check back often.

A: The tip is not included in your order. Our drivers are self-employed independent delivery professionals and they do work for tips! Please remember to tip your driver when prompted at check out. The delivery fee IS NOT a tip for the driver. Drivers do however receive a portion of the delivery fee as part of their compensation package.

A: We like to keep it simple. When you place your order online you will be prompted to enter your credit/debit information to complete your order. Other than tipping the driver, we don’t accept cash or check payment at the door.

A: Coupons can only be honored while visiting participating restaurants.

A: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Once an order has been placed to a restaurant the restaurant has used materials and labor in preparation of the order. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, click on the CHAT NOW Button on your app or the website where you placed your order and one of our local service representatives will greet you soon and make the changes for you. Only orders placed for a later delivery time or day can be changed or canceled.

A: Orders that are cancelled are immediately voided from our system, and the funds are sent back to the banking institution at midnight PST. Depending on your bank, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to full refund back into your account. This is strictly dependent on your bank policy, and unfortunately Kentucky Takeout cannot expedite the process.

When we tell you, we will take an item off your order the charge will stay the same on the authorization, but your final "Cleared" total will reflect the New appropriate amount.

A: Please note: We ask that you speak to our people the way that you would like to be spoken to. We reserve the right to refuse service & communication to those who are rude verbally or in text with our staff.

If there are any problems with your order, you must USE THE CHAT NOW button from the app or website where you placed your order within no more than 10 minutes after the order has been delivered. We will be glad to fix the order if it is ordered wrong by Us. We will do our best to correct the order within 45 minutes. We do not guarantee the order will be fixed right away if the restaurant missed or made the order incorrectly. Please check your order and contact us within 10 mins of receiving your order to have your order corrected if there are any issues, if it is past 10 minutes, we will not correct the order. If an item was missing from your delivery, we will confirm with the restaurant regarding the mistake. Once we verify with the restaurant that the problem was on their end, we will refund you the amount of the missing item. Our drivers are independent contractors and are paid by the trip, therefore a re-delivery for a restaurant error is not a typical option. We understand this can be frustrating, but please remember our role is that of the company that picks up the order you placed and brings it to you. We will not be held responsible for restaurant errors, as that responsibility falls on the restaurant. In regards to incorrectly prepared items that you choose to be re-delivered instead of refunded if we come to that agreement, you must give the driver the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not provided or was correct after inspection, you will be charged for both items. Special requests are just that, special requests, and may not be honored when ordered in the comments section. If a restaurant does grant a special request that incurs an additional charge from the restaurant, that charge will be added to your bill. All special requests are at the discretion of the restaurant and our dispatch team. If we are unable to order your special request through the restaurant's online ordering portal the request will not be granted.

We do not issue refunds for orders. Should you have an issue with how your food was prepared, we recommend you contact the restaurant for a resolution.

We are contractually obligated with our partnered restaurants to not refund any orders without consent from the restaurant. And as always, please remember … Kentucky Takeout’s role is that of the company that picks up the order you placed and brings it to you. Kentucky Takeout or our drivers have no hand in the preparation or packaging of your order.

A: Yes, absolutely we welcome your multiple orders. Please note that your orders may be delivered by different drivers at different times.

A: Sometimes you just need premium delivery even when one of your favorite places isn't officially partnered with Kentucky Takeout. This is where Kentucky Takeout’s Personal Shopper/Concierge Service comes in handy.

Kentucky Takeout does not represent or market and is not affiliated with the restaurants labeled as non-partnered in any way. We provide a delivery service only, acting as your personal concierge or pick up agent. By using our version of the non-partnered restaurant’s menu & ordering online from Kentucky Takeout you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated in this support/FAQ document, and you authorize Kentucky Takeout to order, pay for, pick up, and deliver your order to you on your behalf.

A: Yes, Kentucky Takeout offers gift cards at several different price options. The best part about a Kentucky Takeout gift card is you can use this card for delivery from any of our listed restaurants.
